AVRA Aesthetic Institute makes constant efforts to maintain the accuracy of the information presented on the website. Rarely they may contain small inaccuracies: the photo is informative and may contain accessories not included in the standard package, the color may be different, and some specifications may be changed by the manufacturer without notice or may contain operating errors. For a FULL or PARTIAL return of an order, you must register a return request. To register this request, you have available the Return button at the bottom of the page. After registering the return request, you will receive from an operator the necessary instructions (confirmation of acceptance of the return according to the conditions displayed on the website, the method of return, the address for the return, notifications regarding the return of the amount paid, etc.) for making the return (receive a reply to the email sent, please also check your spam folder).

AVRA will refund the value of the returned products no later than 14 days from the date of written termination of the contract, but not before the date of receipt of the goods, the refund does not include the shipping fee.


– In the event that the customer returns the entire order, AVRA will return the value of the ordered products. Attention, the shipping cost for returning the products to AVRA will be borne by the customer who requested the return. The return of the products is done by any courier company preferred by the customer, following the details mentioned in the email received after registering the return request.
PARTIAL RETURN – In the event that the customer partially returns and keeps one or more products, AVRA will only refund the value of the products that the customer wishes to return, without refunding the shipping fee. Attention, in this case, the shipping fee for returning the products are borne by the customer. The return of the products is done by any courier company preferred by the customer, following the details mentioned in the email received after registering the return request.

Please pack the returned products carefully, AVRA will not refund the value of the products if they are damaged during transport.

Right of withdrawal and exceptions provided by law

The right of return applies only to products ordered and paid for through the avrainstitute.ro website. The regulations of GEO 34/2014 regarding the consumer’s right of return do not apply to legal entities and persons who pick up the products ordered and paid for from the avrainstitute.ro headquarters.


“The consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that he is canceling the purchase, without penalties and without citing a reason, within 14 calendar days from receiving the product or, in the case of services, from concluding the contract.”

As such, the consumer has the right, within 14 calendar days of receiving the products ordered and paid for through the website, to notify SC AVRA ESTETIC SRL in writing by registering the return request using the button → Return products from the order ← (available in the customer account, in the Orders section, in the order history) or by sending a request by email to the address [email protected] in which to inform about his decision to give up the ordered products, without the obligation to cite a specific reason. SC AVRA ESTETIC SRL has the obligation to return within 14 calendar days the value of the ordered products, if they have been paid, but not before the date of receipt of the goods.

*The consumer cannot unilaterally denounce (cannot return), under the conditions of art. 16, lit. c), d), e), GEO 34/2014, contracts for the supply of products which, by their nature, cannot be returned or which can degrade or deteriorate quickly, namely: c) supply of products manufactured according to the specifications presented consumer or clearly personalized (eg Universkin Personalized Serum); d) providing products that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly; e) supply of sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed by the consumer;

The consumer is given the right to withdraw (the right of return) in the case of purchases with home delivery or in a parcel box, precisely because he does not have the opportunity to see the products before concluding the contract, for the same reason he is allowed to test and check the products you have purchased to the extent necessary to establish their nature, features, and operation.

Thus, in order to establish their nature, characteristics, and mode of operation, the consumer must handle and inspect them as he would be allowed to in a physical store.

The actions that lead to the decrease in the value of the returned product are the following:

  • breaking product seals and labels;
  • breakage or damage to the product’s original packaging;
  • scratching, soiling, staining, impregnation with external substances;
  • unsealing the consumable accessories of the product;
  • unsealing personal care products, cosmetics, cleaning products, products for children and newborns, or underwear.

When upon receipt of the return it is established that the product shows signs of use that may cause the value to decrease, the product is sent to the supplier for verification to determine if it has been properly handled, and the final value is determined based on the value of the parts to be replaced and reconditioning labor or as the difference between the original new product value and the used product resale value. Decreasing the value of the returned product due to its damage can be made up to 90% of the original value.
