How does it work?
Plasma genital rejuvenation therapy is based on plasma science rich in blood platelets, PRP being a concentrated portion of blood that contains a large amount of blood platelets (1 billion cells per milliliter). These contain growth factors that stimulate tissue regeneration and repair processes, as well as local collagen production, the result being improved texture and elasticity of the treated area. Known as Vampire Therapy or Plasma Lift, this treatment uses the patient’s own blood plasma, which is injected into the vulvar and vaginal tissues. Due to this, no allergic reactions, granulomas, nodules or phenomena of rejection appear. You can see only a slight redness, local itching or edema for 2-3 days after treatment. The PRP session begins with a classic blood collection. Following its processing, the serum rich in growth and regeneration factors is separated, and this is then injected into the genital area with the help of microneedles. This procedure is performed following the application of local anesthesia.
The actual injection takes 10-30 minutes and is painless. The daily activities can be resumed immediately, due to the fact that there is no need for a recovery period. Improvements in tissue level are seen even after the first treatment, as the area begins to rehydrate and regenerate, and natural lubrication is visibly improved.
Also, changes in sexual contact can be notices, as it becomes more tonic, orgasms are easier to achieve due to increased blood flow and rejuvenation of tissues in that area. The effect of the treatment lasts about 12 months, but the procedure can be performed even more often, the effects being cumulative. For a maximum cumulative effect, we recommend performing the procedure at an interval of 6-12 months.
PRP treatment with hyaluronic acid brings additional benefits through:
- Hydration and biostimulation of the skin and vaginal mucosa, by increasing collagen production
- Improved texture and hydration of genital tissues in the long term
- Relieve chronic irritation
- Treatment of vulva disorders
- Remodeling the vulva and improving the aesthetic appearance
- Stimulating the protective function of large labia
